Our client, a large IT services company based in Ashburn, Virginia had been expanding their footprint and adding new customers to their portfolio post-pandemic. One thing they realized is how surprisingly well things worked for them while their team had to go remote.
With a high demand for skilled IT professionals, the client was finding it difficult to fill positions quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the client's recruitment costs were skyrocketing due to the high volume of requisitions.
This gave them a boost of confidence in using our distributed onsite/offshore service offering to find qualified candidates for its Fortune 15 account.

The Solution:
Fillmyjobs proposed a dual shore solution that involved using our on-site digital marketing services and candidate lead nurturing techniques coupled with our offshore teams to source and screen candidates, and support the full lifecycle recruiting services to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Our on-site digital team built customized landing pages and used paid search to bring qualified candidates to the top of the funnel for screening. We also hyper-automated the candidate outreach by using custom built intake forms and outreach presets to reach candidates via phone/email and SMS.
For all the traditional outreach Fillmyjobs dedicated an offshore team based out of Southern India in a city called Hyderabad. The team worked the east coast hours Monday through Friday and built a highly organized and process-driven methodology. Structurally the team is led by the head of recruitment operations who is supported by a team of sourcers and recruiters.
The team used state-of-the-art infrastructure and a bunch of souring tools along with job boards available and ran a seamless operation for our Northern Virginia client.

The Results:
The results of the FMJS solution were significant. Within a period of 1 year, FMJS was able to secure 20 offers and fill 15 positions and submit qualified talent for over 70 requisitions for the client's Fortune 15 account. The recruitment process was streamlined, and the time to fill positions was significantly reduced. Additionally, the client was able to save significantly on recruitment costs due to the offshore teams' lower labor costs.
